You could literally feel the romance slipping out of this years competition as the draw was made; it had such potential, too.
Seems like the powers that be wanted all the "dross" out of the way as early as possible so they only had decent teams left to hang their adverts around.
No replays? Fucking joke. If there are too many games then bin a few internationals - nobody except the suits really care if they go ahead or not.
